Family with children excellent retreat
The staff was just incredibly nice! they even organized an early airport transfer for us, which really helped with the kids. The free coffee was available daily and that hit the spot every morning for starting our day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but worth it given the quality.

A delightful escape in Oaxaca
Hotel Casa Acueducto offers an amazing location with charming cafés and shops nearby, perfect for exploring quaint streets. The warm hospitality from the staff made my solo trip even more memorable.
However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, making it slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, street noise could disrupt light sleepers during the night.

rooftop terrace views, shared kitchen area, local neighborhood charm
The shower's hot water kept cutting out, making for frustrating experiences!!! Noise insulation is non-existent, as I could hear conversations from the lobby early in the morning!!! The shower head looked rusty and pressure was lacking!!!

I enjoyed the lovely terrace with a hot tub. It was a great spot to relax during the mornings and evenings. The staff were accommodating and helped me when I needed to extend my stay. Being from Italy, I appreciated the vibrant local scene and found cafes and restaurants close by. The room had free coffee and water available, which was a nice touch.
Street noise could disrupt light sleepers at times. Additionally, the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

Just a good pick for a transient stop in Oaxaca with definitely value for money. The staff always kept the place immaculate and fresh, making it feel welcoming daily. Try to get a room away from the street noise if you're a light sleeper.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super comfy with a really soft bed. I loved how clean everything was, and the room felt fresh daily. There’s a code entry to get into both the building and the room, which was nice—no keys to worry about! I enjoyed having coffee available, and the jacuzzi on the second floor was perfect for relaxing, but we didn’t use it much. The only downside was some street noise at night. light sleepers might want to prepare for that.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the vibrant local scene just steps away. The staff's warm hospitality made the experience delightful. However, the shower's hot water was inconsistent. Tip, consider earplugs for a peaceful night's sleep due to street noise.
